How to know if you're illegible for return policy?

  • all customised or personalised products

  • change of mind 

  • the design doesn't suit your vibe 

  • delayed in arrival of your products due to courier or immigration delays

  • after your products are shipped and tracking number sent to you

  • slight difference in products like shape, texture or your perceived look of the product

As mentioned above are criteria where returns are not acceptable. 

Note: KITTY MEOW TRADING reserve the rights to reject return & exchange requests for items that are not return in brand new or the condition we've sent you in. 

What is the exchange process?

1. Drop us an email at kittymeowco@gmail.com within 3 business days. ( Any later, we will not accept) 

2. Email content must include your order number, image of the item you've received. 

3. After your request is approved, we will arrange courier to collect the goods from you. 

4. If your items are ready stock, we'll send it back to you within 3-5 business days and for backorder or made to order items, will take 1-3 weeks time. 

I've received a wrong/ defect/ missing item parcel.

 

We're so sorry about that, kindly drop us an email at kittymeowco@gmail.com along with your order number and we'll assist you right away. Please lodge your report within 3 business days to have your problems fixed.

Can I return discounted or sale items?

No. We only accept returns and exchanged for items that are regular priced or items that are wrong or defect items. 

How should I return the product to you?

Item(s) must be return in original condition - unused, no signs of usage, alongside with tags and original packaging. 

We will arrange courier to pick up goods from your end and have it sent to us. However giving certain situations where yo are unable to pass the goods to our respective post man, the shipping costs to recollect from you would be paid by your end
