How to Order?
1. Create an Account with us by clicking the "Log In" button at the top.
2. Browse through our page and select the item(s) you'll like to add to cart.
3. If you wish to check out, press the check out button otherwise choose continue shopping.
4. Our payment methods are
Online Transfer (please email proof of payment)
Cash Deposit (please email proof of payment)
5. Once your payment is made, a confirmation email will be sent to your email.
I've received a wrong/missing/defect product.
We're sincerely sorry for our mistake, let us make it up to you. Drop us an email at email@example.com with your order number and we'll assist you right away.
Where are your products from?
All our products are mainly imported from Hong Kong, Korea, Taiwan and Vietnam.
Because it's imported, our items require more processing time to be exported from their country of origin.
Do you ship worldwide?
Of course we do!
We deliver the world to your doorstep, simply input your details and shipping charges will be calculated at checkout page.
When will I receive my Order?
Once your items are shipped out, we'll send you the tracking number to your email address accordingly alongside with the website to trace your order.
Our items are either ready stock basis or made to order basis.
Ready stock items, takes about 1-3 business days to reach West Malaysia and 4-5 business days to reach East Malaysia.
Made To Order items, will take about 1-3 weeks time to reach.

Will there be restocked for your sold out products?
If our product is sold out, join our waitlists to be notified on it's restock. Usually we don't restock our items however you can always request to back order it. We will be more than glad to have it ordered for you.
